We are incredibly excited to present Writeflow, our new baby, to the world!
Writeflow was born out of our frustrations with the current state-of-the-art of management as we built $10M+ ARR / 100+ employee companies: We found that we spent WAY too much time on trivial management grunt-work, that took away time and energy from some of the really important leadership work.
Too much time reminding people to prepare meeting agendas, updating quarterly goals progress, finishing their all-hands presentation content, refreshing KPIs for the board report, etc., etc.
Our lightbulb moment was a reflection about how much of our businesses was automated: Marketing Automation systems for customer communication, Zapier for data integration—even signatures are automated!—whereas the core management processes were still all manual. We think it's time we let machines do the trivial work so we can focus on leading our companies.
Based on this we have created Writeflow, a Management Automation System that helps leadership teams run all their key management processes automatically.
Writeflow combines a very flexible workflow scheduler with deep integration into your document system, enabling any management process (anchored in a document, presentation, or spreadsheet) to be automated.
